Registration Deadline

Please register as soon as possible to help us with our planning. Registrations should be received by May 1, 2009. We will accept registration after this day but space may be limited.

Cancellations

Please send cancellations in writing - by mail or email. Full refunds will be provided to cancellation requests received by May 15, 2009. After May 15, 2009, refunds will only be available if late registrations make up the numbers, and refunds cannot be guaranteed.

What Your Registration Includes

Your Weekend Package includes all meals (Friday all-day chili, Saturday and Sunday breakfast, lunch, dinner and late evening snacks, and Monday breakfast), all day coffee/tea/soft beverage bar, and all program tours and activities. Additional cash is required only for the Saturday night cash bar, silent auction, and momentos.
